My first rule of podcasting is "have fun". Otherwise the time and money invested in this activity is not worth what you get in return. My second rule is be consistent. Building an audience requires trust, mostly on your part. If you say your podcast goes up every Tuesday night, then something better be posted every Tuesday night.

Which brings me to Episode 89. I had a few ideas for a podcast while I was out in San Diego but none of them materialized. So you get 15 minutes of my talking to myself about Scientific Sessions, the diabetes online community, and lots and lots of walking. Enjoy.
